Demineralized Bone Matrix
4D DBM Cube
Fully demineralized human allograft cubes processed to maintain the natural growth factors held in bone. Compressible and elastic, they retain the open, porous structure of cancellous bone.
Schematic representation of graft structure
Description
Fully demineralized human allograft cubes produced through a specialized demineralization process designed to maintain the growth factors naturally present in bone.
The cubes are compressible and elastic — they can be compressed for placement and will recover toward their original dimensions, helping to fill the void and minimize the gap between graft and host bone.
Demineralization preserves the open, porous architecture of cancellous bone, providing an osteoconductive scaffold with osteoinductive potential.
