Description
Crushed cancellous chips intended to fill voids or gaps in bone. The chips act as a scaffold that supports ingrowth of the patient’s own bone, and are supplied ready to use as an alternative to harvested autograft.
The chips may be mixed with autologous cancellous or corticocancellous graft material where a composite graft is preferred.
Two particle ranges are offered — 1–4 mm and 4–10 mm — across volumes from 10 cc to 30 cc, allowing particle size to be matched to the defect being filled.

4D DBM Cancellous is a human cell, tissue, or cellular and tissue-based product (HCT/P) regulated solely under Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act and 21 CFR Part 1271. It is minimally manipulated and intended for homologous use, and therefore does not require FDA pre-market approval. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA.
